Here is one of the painting I made in live this summer at the US cafe at steenwerck. It was such an incredible experience to paint surrounded by amazing people, in nature, with music and the delight of a sunset, butterflies flying next to my head.
Connecting with people is a source of life. It's the beginning of links creating chains of humans, of souls blossoming, that's how I felt that day.🌿🦋
For this painting I was also deeply inspired by @caro.arevalo 's work. I have always been an admirer of her work and the whole person behind it, her universe, her wisdom, she is a real goddess for me, and her art deeply talking to my soul. That day I had been scrolling once again her portfolio. So when I arrived in front of this square of wood, with the will to illustrate how I saw the source of life, my brushes started to dance in the same flow. I'm really loving how it came out with the type of ideas and symbols I want to use. And it's always a pleasure to work connected with artists you love and thanking them for the inspiration they are in your life.🦋
